Rice-Raisin Pudding 1 1/2 c Cooked rice
1 c Chopped apples
3/4 c Skim milk
1/2 c Raisins
1/2 c Brown sugar
2 Eggs; beaten
1 ts Vanilla
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Transfer to a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
