Rice Pudding 1 c Rice
2 c Water
4 c Milk
1/2 c Sugar, to taste
In a 4-quart saucepan, boil rice in water until cooked and water is
evaporated.
In a separate pan, put milk on to boil. When milk reaches boiling
point, lower heat, add rice and sugar and continue to cook until
pudding begins to thicken.
Remove from heat and serve.
