Lemon Parsley Rice 1 c rice
1/4 c finely chopped parsley
Juice of half a lemon
2 TB butter
Salt & pepper
Heat 2 cups of water to a boil and stir in rice. Return to a boil, cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 20 minutes. Remove lid and fluff rice with a fork. Toss in parsley, lemon and butter. Season and serve. Lemon Parsley Rice printer friendly version located here. Click Back to return. |
